<\/figure>NEW DELHI: The Telecom Sector Skill Council<\/a> (TSSC<\/a>) and BetterPlace<\/a>, a tech platform for hiring workforce, Monday inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to bridge the skill gap and facilitate employing frontline workers for the telecom ecosystem. BetterPlace said it will conduct placement drives on behalf of TSSC via its online portal with an aim to build a community of trained workforce professionals. This will also provide networking opportunities with other workers while TSSC said it will leverage BetterPlace\u2019s database to create awareness about the telecom sector<\/a> job roles and various government skill programs, an official statement said.
Under the MoU, the two companies will seek to facilitate placements of candidates for job roles in the ICT domain, with targeted placements in the latest technology job roles like 5G<\/a>, drone technology, etc.
