新德里:沙特阿拉伯的阿联酋电信阿里巴巴周一表示，已与阿里巴巴签署合作协议乐天移动为移动宽带网络制定蓝图开跑基于乐天通信平台(RCP)的技术。

根据该协议，两家公司将共同为中东、非洲和亚洲地区的移动运营商客户开发一个基于开放标准和云原生、以软件为中心、完全虚拟化/集装箱化平台的参考设计。
