NEW DELHI: Bharti Airtel<\/a> said that it has joined hands with OSS\/BSS provider Amdocs<\/a> to create an innovation foundry to bring new services to its customers in India. Under the partnership, Amdocs will deploy machine learning and advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) based technologies across Airtel\u2019s multiple lines of business to help pre-empt and self-heal operational issues, introduce smartbots into digital channels, and quickly launch and activate new services, thereby enabling a seamless customer experience<\/a>.

The partnership includes a long-term contract to introduce technologies and practices to enhance Airtel\u2019s customers\u2019 service experience.

Project Next complements Airtel\u2019s massive investments in building a future ready network under Project Leap.
