The partnership is part of
Verizon<\/a> Business’ dedicated strategy for such customers in the regions to offer solutions like Verizon private 5G<\/a> capabilities, security solutions, and High-Density (HD) Wi-Fi as well as professional consultancy services, according to a media release.

Extreme and
Verizon<\/a> will deliver High-Density (HD) Wi-Fi to future event venues, starting with the planned roll-out of Wi-Fi solutions at Manchester United Football Club’s Old Trafford stadium.

The two companies will provide Wi-Fi connectivity which will enhance digital services at the Club, including mobile ticketing and touchless transactions.

“You cannot underestimate the impact transformational technologies such as 5G will have on innovation across the entertainment and sports industries,” said Tami Erwin, CEO of
