The IPO will open for subscription between Wednesday and Friday with a price band of Rs 345-350 per share.
The Company is planning to raise Rs 600 crore via the fresh issue of Rs 240 crore and offer for sale of Rs 360 crore. Utilization of the net proceeds will be towards funding for repayment of borrowings, acquisitions and other strategic initiatives including purchase of office premises in Mumbai, according to the red herring prospectus.
