\nThe company said that it plans to raise the capital in the next six months. However, the structuring to raise the fund is yet to be decided, Sathya Kalyanasundaram, chief executive officer, told reporters.

MobME is also planning to bring new features like voice analytics, training and
chatbots<\/a> to its existing customer experience analytics solutions. 70% of the investments will be channeled towards R&D to develop voice analysis, chatbots and banking products, Kalayanasundaram added. \"We will be investing around 68 crores into Digital Banking Labs and Geckolyst,\" he said.

\nMobMe said that it is in various stages of discussions with its BFSI clients to build a suite of conversational banking products, including bots and chat platform to enhance the banks relationships with the end customer.

\nThe company said that it is also in final talks with top telcos to provide data analysis solutions aimed to target a telco's audience with the right bundled packs. The move could hold relevance given the intense competition telcos are facing after the entry of Reliance Jio Infocomm in the market.

\n\"We have been working with Vodafone India in data analytics for a decade now. Our solutions have been the telco retain its market share.
