The deployment is based on a disaggregated approach, as part of Airtel<\/a>\u2019s modernization strategy to offer cost-effective 5G mobile backhaul and enterprise business connectivity through Northwestern India, Ribbon said in a statement.
The modern network architecture leverages Ribbon\u2019s Apollo suite of programmable and open optical transport platforms, with support for a combined network capacity across C&L bands of up to 51.2T, enabling Airtel to fulfill both current and future bandwidth needs.
